Our Awesome Team

Samantha Seay

FRESH Coalition Coordinator

Hi, I’m Samantha Seay, MPH, CHES. I am the FRESH Coalition coordinator and work closely with CHILL to help ensure our members are developing strong leadership characteristics as well as making positive and safe choices. Both FRESH and CHILL work to prevent the underage use of substances in the Franklin County community. We help CHILL members use their voices and spread their message to their peers and their community members about staying drug free by hosting events in the community and providing educational resources. FRESH is able to be successful because of the dedication the CHILL members have each year and it is awesome to see these students use their influence to encourage others to live a healthy life.

Tony Wright

CHILL Coordinator

“I have been the CHILL Coordinator for the last 10 years. Some of my favorite activities are Family Fun Night, National Night Out, Trunk or Treat, YADAPP (Youth Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Project), and our annual CHILL retreat. At most of these events, I get to see the youth interacting with our community and younger kids, impacting them in a truly positive way. I also love seeing them network with kids from other areas to combat the many issues surrounding ATOD (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs) in our community and surrounding areas.

Being one of the adult leaders in CHILL allows for me to be such a positive role model for the many youth that come through our program. Seeing these kids grow through our program has become one of the biggest highlights of leading this organization. These kids have created some amazing plans to combat the many issues we’ve seen in our community but also to truly leave an impact on the CHILL name in our area. I’m so blessed to be a part of this amazing program and can’t wait to see this program grow year after year.”
